MENTORSHIP PODS and S.T.A.R. Fellows Program
The Main Campus Office for Faculty is thrilled to announce that we are entering the second year of our Mentorship Program for New Faculty! Building on the successes of our inaugural year, we are dedicated to enhancing the experience for both mentors and mentees.

Four separate “pods,” organized by broad disciplines and faculty type (i.e., tenure-line, career-line), will meet monthly with a senior faculty mentor for cohort building and to address various aspects of faculty life at the U. In addition, all four pods will meet together quarterly with key leaders from around the university to help set the new faculty up for success at Utah. The wider faculty community will also be welcome to take part in these quarterly events.

If you are interested in participating in this program next year—either as a mentor or as a mentee—please email us at officeforfaculty@utah.edu.
