Associate Professors Preparing for Promotion

This one-day workshop creates a cohort experience, provides 1:1 feedback on the path toward promotion, and helps attendees grapple with barriers to promotion that they may face.

  • Making the Decision for Promotion: Barriers, Accountability, Change, & Self-Representation
