The Early Leadership Fellow program is designed for early to mid-career faculty who are not currently in leadership positions but who are interested in creating change at the University of Utah. This is a three-part workshop focusing on the following topics:

• Identify YOUR strengths and make them work for you in all parts of your life
• Identifying leadership opportunities for “non-leaders”
• Communicate your ideas and manage relationships at work

The Health Sciences Office for Faculty offers three workshops for Leadership and Career Development: (1) Leading and Managing Oneself (for early career- faculty); (2) Leading and Managing Teams & Organizations (for mid-career faculty); and (3) Managing Change & Organizations (for senior faculty). The early-career workshop is designed with Health Sciences faculty in mind, although all faculty are welcome.  The mid-career and senior faculty workshops are designed for all faculty.
