This Early Leadership Fellow Program is designed for early to mid-career faculty who are not currently in leadership positions but who are interested in creating change at the University of Utah. This is a three part workshop focusing on the following topics:

• Identify YOUR strengths and make them work for you in all parts of your life
• Identifying leadership opportunities for “non-leaders”
• Communicate your ideas and manage relationships at work
