Miguel Chuaqui is the former Director of the School of Music, a performing arts academic unit with over 350 undergraduate and graduate students and over 90 faculty members (50 of whom are adjunct) focusing on areas as diverse as scholarship, performance, creative research, and education. Miguel is happy to talk with chairs and directors about all aspects of leadership, but he has particular skill with RPT and Career-line reviews, faculty searches, personnel issues, working with different leadership styles within the department level and above the department level, donor relationships, and performing arts management and marketing.

Lori Kowaleski-Jones is the former chair of the Department of Family & Consumer Studies and the current Director of NEXUS (the Center for Interdisciplinary Exchange for Utah Science. She is also the executive director for the Wasatch Front Research Data Center (WFRDC).
