The key responsibilities of this service area encompasses two primary functions: Administrative Leaders Development & Support and Policy & Regulations.

The Administrative Leaders Development & Support aims to enhance the skills and capabilities of our Academic Leaders through various programs and resources. Our focus is on ensuring that our leaders are well-equipped to navigate challenges and drive our mission effectively.

In addition, our Policy & Regulations team is dedicated to maintaining and updating institutional policies, ensuring compliance, and providing guidance on regulatory matters. This is vital for fostering a transparent and well-structured academic environment.
